Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located for accessing restaurants and the beach, making it convenient for exploring Khobar. The rooms were plain but clean, while the service, especially from Mr Khaled at reception, was friendly and accommodating. The dining experience was varied and tasty, although the facilities could be improved to match the standards expected from a 5-star hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The spacious and comfortable room I had was great, but the noise coming from what seemed like an old window AC was bothersome, even when trying the fan ventilation option. Breakfast was quite expensive at around SR450. The service was top-notch with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was convenient, but there were some areas that could use improvement. The dining experience was a bit below average, although the room service was quick and excellent.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the air conditioner didn't work well during my visit in January 2007. The service was professional and polite, making me feel welcome, but there were no specific extra services offered. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a variety of tasty options for breakfast. The facilities were not specifically commented on, so I can't provide a rating for this section.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I had was cozy and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities; however, it was unclean most of the time. On the bright side, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location, although strategic, was a bit misleading to access easily. The dining experience was tasty with plenty of variety but did not fully meet my expectations. The facilities offered were good overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but noise from outside, especially sports events with loud microphones, could be a disturbance. Khalid, the receptionist, welcomed us warmly, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, being centrally located near many restaurants and cafe-shops. The dining experience was average, leading me to eat outside after a few days, but the variety was lacking. The staff, especially Mr Khalid Metwaly and Mr Pillai, were friendly and professional.
